Responsibilities
Lead clients through all stages of litigation, from case intake through trial and appeal
Take charge in court by arguing motions, examining witnesses, and delivering compelling presentations
Drive strategy and case direction, while collaborating with teammates to execute details effectively
Handle multiple disputes simultaneously, moving matters forward with urgency and clarity
Negotiate settlements and shape outcomes with confidence and creativity
Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing candid, actionable advice under pressure
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar
Minimum of five (5) years of litigation experience
Proven ability to draft persuasive pleadings and motions, and argue effectively before courts
Strong case management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters under pressure
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills, balancing independence with collaboration
Preferred
First-chair trial or appellate experience
Experience with complex commercial disputes or class actions
Background in consumer law or eminent domain litigation
