Develop leads into qualified opportunities

Manage the executive-level client relationships
Appropriately delegating daily activities to practice group team-members
Building client relationships
Consultative sales skills
Utilizing the MMA sales model and value-added resources
Cross-selling to other business lines
Qualification
Required
Business-to-business sales experience with demonstrated sales successes
Passion for sales and extremely goal oriented with the ability to work independently and on a team
Enjoy networking and making connections within the community
Strong phone sales and outside prospecting skills
Driven, disciplined, achievement-focused, coachable, and professional
Positive attitude and enjoy working with people
Proactive in problem solving skills with the ability to adapt and think ahead
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
