Responsibilities

Develop and execute a future-focused learning strategy in alignment with assigned businesses’ goals and objectives to drive enterprise capability building and workforce transformation
Develop generative AI-enabled adaptive learning capabilities, integrate neuroscience of learning, and anticipate the impact of AI on job roles and organizational learning capabilities
Leverage data and predictive analytics to measure, track, and enhance learning outcomes and business impact
Build and integrate an interoperable learning ecosystem, including learning experience platforms (LXPs), talent marketplaces, and AI-driven curation to create technology-enhanced experiences
Lead change initiatives, manage partnerships, and foster alignment between learning strategies and measurable business objectives
Work across HR, Talent, and Analytics functions to connect learning with workforce planning, future skills forecasting, and resource prioritization
Apply influencing, consulting, and contracting skills to support business leaders in achieving objectives within the learning managed service model
Collaborate with the bank’s learning managed service provider to develop effective learning solutions and drive the implementation of the new enterprise learning operating model

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Track record of designing holistic learning solutions that drive measurable business transformation within large, complex organizations
Expertise in driving organizational change and achieving tangible business outcomes
Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to assess learning impact
Experience with AI-enabled learning platforms, learning analytics, and digital capability building
Strategic thinker that is able to align learning initiatives with business objectives and emerging trends
Experience influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders on learning strategy
Strong ability to manage key business stakeholders and collaborate across HR functions
Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theories, future-of-work methodologies, learning experience design techniques, talent ecosystems, and advanced learning technologies
Strategic Learning Design: Ability to develop and execute learning strategies that align with business goals and drive enterprise transformation
AI and Digital Capability: Proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled learning platforms and emerging technologies to create adaptive learning experiences
Data Analytics: Competence in using data and predictive analytics to measure, optimize, and communicate the impact of learning initiatives
Organizational Change Leadership: Experience in leading change management efforts and achieving business outcomes through learning solutions
Learning Ecosystem Integration: Skill in building and integrating complex learning ecosystems, including platforms, talent marketplaces, and digital curation tools
Consulting and Stakeholder Management: Strong influencing, consulting, and contracting skills to support business leaders and collaborate across HR and Talent functions
Knowledge of Adult Learning and Future-of-Work Trends: Deep understanding of adult learning theories, future skills forecasting, and advanced learning technologies
Collaboration and Communication: Excellent ability to work with senior stakeholders, manage partnerships, and align learning initiatives with enterprise objectives

Preferred

Advanced degree in Adult Learning, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
