Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of outbound shipments, including inspection, packing, and accurate preparation of shipping documentation for both domestic and international orders
Manage packaging material inventories, ensuring adequate supply for shipping needs
Manage the packaging and shipping process of customer orders, as well as the handling of logistics for trade shows
Coordinate transportation and carrier services to ensure timely delivery schedules
Perform other related duties as necessary

Required

High School diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of experience using systems and software like FedEx, UPS, and DHL
Experience in shipping, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Experience shipping commercial goods to international destinations
Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, meeting multiple deadlines
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts
Employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check
