Responsibilities

Develop new customer sales and generate leads through various prospecting methods
Cultivate sustainable customer relationships and encourage account growth
Deliver cost-effective logistics solutions to attract and retain clients
Manage brokerage and customer service aspects of assigned shipments/accounts
Handle spot pricing, carrier negotiations, and RFP/RFI processes
Support operations and internal teams with pricing, operations, and payment-related issues
Conduct on-site customer visits as needed and provide effective feedback to teams
Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, shippers, and team members

Qualification

Required

Experience in brokerage operations, transportation, or supply chain preferred
Strong business development, sales, and highway service knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, data entry, and 10-key
Professional phone and email communication skills
Ability to work independently, multitask, and make decisions with limited supervision
Effective customer service, conflict resolution, and time management skills

Preferred

Experience with RMIS (Registry Monitoring Insurance Services) and TMS (Transportation Management System)
Ability to positively influence coworkers and maintain a collaborative work environment
