Rotate across various teams within the firm spending several months with each team

Develop a variety of skills in a focused research environment

Gain exposure to systematic trading approaches across multiple asset classes

Conduct independent research utilizing large data sets

Engage in market data and research, portfolio construction and execution, and post-trade analysis

Qualification

Required

MS or PhD in finance, computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering or other quantitative discipline

A clear, concise, and proactive communications style; no fear around asking questions
