Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Greet and assist candidates and visitors in the office
Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring processes
Post job openings on multiple platforms and manage applicant tracking
Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and email correspondence
Utilize phone, text, and email to communicate with candidates effectively
Support senior recruiters with sourcing and screening candidates as needed
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
Post job openings on multiple platforms and actively recruit through social media, job boards, and networking
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring processes
Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand client needs
Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
Utilize phone, text, and email to communicate with candidates effectively
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with customer service and multi-line phone systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn applicant tracking systems
Self-motivated and eager to grow within the staffing industry
Preferred
Experience in Recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required)
