Responsibilities

Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer

Support Water & Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process, design, and construction

Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for Water & Wastewater projects

Perform drafting CAD work

Perform calculations and analysis for design projects

Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents

Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors, architects, and contractors

Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (December 2025 and May 2026 graduates encouraged to apply)

0 – 3 years of experience in Water & Wastewater Utility projects and Water and/or Wastewater Treatment Design

Great communication skills

Solid relationship and team building skills

Self-motivated and strong organization skills

Preferred

Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD is preferred

Desired experience with Civil 3D, ArcGIS, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, InfoWater
