Responsibilities

Conduct business process assessments, identify gaps, and develop strategies for improvement
Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce redundancy, and improve mission outcomes
Capture, analyze, and report key performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness and drive decision-making
Lead and facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders to gather input, build consensus, and drive alignment
Solicit responses and feedback to ensure solutions meet customer and organizational needs
Build and maintain strong business relationships and rapport with customers and partners
Use data analytics tools to measure efficiency, quality, and cost performance
Support program management activities to align process improvements with organizational goals
Apply industry best practices in continuous improvement and quality management

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
5+ years' experience working in DoD business processes and re-engineering
5+ years' experience with the SharePoint environment and architecture
Proven track record in business process re-engineering, process improvement, quality management, and process documentation
Strong knowledge of data analytics methodologies and tools (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, ServiceNow)
Excellent facilitation, communication, and program management skills

Preferred

Experience working with or supporting AFRL programs
Experience in government or defense contracting environments
Knowledge of compliance standards, risk management, and performance measurement
Advanced certifications such as PMP or equivalent
