Responsibilities
Lead requirements sessions to define data mapping, transformation rules, and client delivery expectations for file-based integrations with clients and external partners
Collaborate across multiple teams to gather and define business and technical requirements, ensuring seamless execution of new enhancements, custom reporting, and feature requests
Other responsibilities such as managing and troubleshooting test accounts, SFTP file transfers, and delivery schedules with internal and external partners
Partnering with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions and operational enhancements that align with evolving business goals and client-specific needs
Applying strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes, evaluate right-fit solutions, and resolve complex technical and operational issues efficiently
Maintaining templates, documentation, and best practices to support implementation consistency and team enablement
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in Integrations, operations, project management, or a related field
Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly health plans and digital health platforms
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients
Strong organizational and requirements gathering capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions and improvements
A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you're comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Familiarity with SQL, SFTP, SSO, and APIs
Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment
