Responsibilities
Find, sign, and activate new broker partners
Build long-term relationships that drive loyalty and loan volume
Lead outbound activity (calls, emails, follow-ups) to keep the pipeline hot
Run account reviews, share insights, and set brokers up to crush it
Act as a trusted advisor — from first touch to funded deal
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of sales experience with high-volume activity
2+ years in commercial / investment real estate lending or brokerage
Hustle + grit — you don't wait, you create opportunities
Startup energy: organized, adaptable, and ready to run in a fast-paced, remote-first team
Comfort selling financial solutions; bonus if you've sold business loan products
