Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should be familiar with state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, including, for example, protein language models, representation learning, diffusion models and self-supervised learning techniques
The candidate will work with a team of world-class scientists to develop and fine tune protein language models for proteomics and biological sequence analysis
The candidate will also assist in writing annual reports for the project and developing materials for user and graduate student training
Training graduate and undergraduates working on the project
Developing materials for user training and assisting with summer workshops on AI and glycobiology
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Familiar with state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, including protein language models, representation learning, diffusion models, and self-supervised learning techniques
Ability to work with a team of world-class scientists
Experience in developing and fine-tuning protein language models for proteomics and biological sequence analysis
Ability to assist in writing annual reports for the project
Experience in developing materials for user and graduate student training
Experience in training graduate and undergraduates working on the project
Ability to assist with summer workshops on AI and glycobiology
Ability to perform other duties as assigned
