Responsibilities

Collaborating on change management plans
Conducting change impact analyses
Communicating with impacted stakeholders and audiences
Creating learning resources related to specific change initiatives
Collaborating on development of OCM tools for use by our leaders
Managing project plans for key initiatives

Required

In-process of a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in business, human resources, organizational change, organizational development, psychology or other related field
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Analytical approach to work
Able to manage time independently
Solution-orientation in thinking and in actions
Proficiency in core Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Outlook and Teams a plus)
Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
