Responsibilities

Assist with maintaining and updating the sales CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring accuracy of customer data and sales pipeline information
Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct customer and market research, helping to identify new opportunities and benchmark performance against competitors
Partner with sales representatives and managers to track leads, monitor order progress, and follow up on customer inquiries
Assist in coordinating customer meetings, webinars, and other sales-related events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service) on initiatives that support the sales process

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field
Cumulative college GPA of 3.0 or higher
High school diploma or GED required

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or sales support tasks
Interest in B2B sales, customer service, or industrial/manufacturing environments
