Responsibilities

Manage all phases of electrical construction projects—design, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure clear expectations and deliverables

Monitor project milestones, budgets, and progress; generate reports and communicate updates

Evaluate, document, and negotiate change orders and their impact on cost and scope

Lead cost control efforts, conduct financial forecasting, and process monthly billing

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as the main point of contact

Ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs; participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Demonstrate and reinforce company values in all interactions and decisions
