Responsibilities

Assisting with IT administration duties in a secure room environment

Supporting user account management and system access control

Performing routine system monitoring and maintenance tasks

Helping to troubleshoot and resolve IT hardware/software issues

Documenting IT processes and maintaining system records

Learning and applying cyber management and security best practices

Enrolled as a sophomore or junior pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
