Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within hospitals, physician's offices, and other clinical settings
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets
Conduct compelling consultations with key decision-makers, including doctors, nurses, and clinical staff
Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with referral sources to drive consistent business growth
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients
Travel regularly within the assigned territory to build a strong market presence and engage with prospects
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the home health care, pharmaceutical, or a similar clinical setting
A strong background in B2B sales with a proven ability to close deals and drive revenue
Demonstrated success in managing a book of business and generating a robust pipeline
A self-starter attitude with a strong competitive drive to succeed
