Responsibilities
Be dependable: Ensure that you follow your designated work schedule and meet deadlines. Communicate with your supervisor ahead of time if you are unable to follow your work schedule or if you need further support to meet a deadline
Take initiative: Look for ways to meet and exceed the expectations set for your daily work. This shows your co-workers and supervisor that you are a self-motivated problem solver
Strive to learn: Seek out new opportunities to learn about your state agency and state government
Ask for feedback on your performance - this will show you are receptive and searching for opportunities to grow. Ask questions if you are unsure how to complete an assigned task
Qualification
Required
Be enrolled on a full-time basis in high school as a junior or senior
Be in good standing with the school with at least a 2.5 grade point average at time of hire
Be dependable: Ensure that you follow your designated work schedule and meet deadlines
Take initiative: Look for ways to meet and exceed the expectations set for your daily work
Strive to learn: Seek out new opportunities to learn about your state agency and state government
