Lead on-site teams in retail construction projects, from fixture installation to merchandising magic
Build strong client relationships and ensure their vision comes to life
Keep track of operational metrics and develop smarter, more efficient ways to work
Communicate like a pro—whether it’s resolving issues, coaching team members, or updating stakeholders
Ensure safety, training, and seamless execution of projects, keeping everything on schedule and on budget
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of fixture installation and/or retail construction experience
2+ years of experience managing multi-site operations
2+ years of leading projects in national big-box retail stores
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Experience managing multi-state operations
Hands-on experience meeting with corporate clients
Proficiency in project management software like Cruxos
