Manufacturing Engineer, High Voltage Distribution, Semi
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated manufacturing engineer to develop assembly processes and high-volume automation equipment with the High Voltage Distribution team in Sparks, NV. The role involves optimizing designs for manufacturability, streamlining production processes, and developing automation solutions for various manufacturing tasks.

Responsibilities
Provide design-for-manufacturing feedback to shape next-generation high volume products
Develop new highly automated manufacturing lines from concept to production
Generate machine specifications, process documentation, manufacturing instructions, and validation plans
Drive equipment and process optimization to increase yield, throughput, and availability while reducing cost and lead-time
Manage installation, qualification and ramp-up of manufacturing equipment
Collaborate with production engineering, EH&S, ergonomics, quality, operations, facilities engineering and design
Qualification
Required
Automation equipment design and development experience
Manufacturing process specification and evaluation experience
Manufacturing data analysis skills
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Catia, or AutoCAD preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience
