Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in medium-sized businesses, focusing on industries benefiting from our comprehensive AI/ML and data management solutions
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs, and position Syntes AI’s solutions as the ideal fit
Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Syntes AI’s platform
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and product offerings
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and continuous feedback loop for product improvement
Reporting: Provide the senior management team regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, focusing on AI/ML, data management, or analytics solutions
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data management principles, and the competitive landscape
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently remotely

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
