The role involves prospecting, managing the sales cycle, and closing new clients while providing ongoing support to ensure client success.

Responsibilities
Prospect, network, and generate your own leads, building a strong pipeline of ideal-fit clients
Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to signed agreement, collaborating with our service team to craft accurate, profitable proposals
Consistently close 5–10 new clients per month, aligned with Estmere’s ideal client profile
Conduct semi-annual relationship check-ins with your clients to strengthen retention, gather feedback, and surface upsell opportunities
Represent Estmere with professionalism, integrity, and a servant-leadership mindset in all interactions
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in professional services
Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals independently
Strong financial/business acumen—comfortable talking about ROI and value, not just price
Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in a commission-heavy role
Excellent communicator with a consultative, relationship-first approach
