Responsibilities

Develop and execute a long-term strategy for profitability and growth in Walmart’s eCommerce, focusing on improving cost efficiency, fulfillment speed, and customer
Analyze key business and operational metrics (e.g., order fulfillment costs, last-mile logistics, customer satisfaction, and inventory efficiency) to drive insights that inform strategic decisions
Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to optimize fulfillment costs while maintaining best-in-class customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation, data science models, and technology solutions that improve operational efficiency
Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and cost-reduction initiatives through competitive benchmarking, industry research, and internal data analysis
Drive execution of multiple initiatives by developing roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and business cases for growth-oriented projects
Build strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders across Tech, Operations, and Finance to influence key strategic decisions
Monitor and refine key KPIs and business metrics, ensuring alignment with Walmart’s broader business objectives
Communicate strategy, roadmaps and results across a broad set of stakeholders that include partners in other teams and senior leaders

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
7 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
2 years' supervisory experience

Preferred

Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices
