Responsibilities
Work as part of a collaborative team providing senior-level architecture support to a government customer including a telephony transition project
Apply comprehensive knowledge of concepts, processes, practices, and procedures to ensure task completion for IT projects
Provide high level architectural expertise to management and technical staff
Develop architectural products and deliverables for enterprise and operational business lines
Support program goals to ensure Enhanced 911 (E911) compliance, integrating with E911 service providers and validating accurate location information for all users
Provide strategy development for system and the design infrastructure necessary to support strategy
Advise on the feasibility of future projects
Advise on selection of technology purchases considering data storage, data access, and applications development
Set standards for client/server relational database structure for the organization which may include SQL, Oracle, Sybase, etc
Maintain responsibility for completing assigned projects within budget and scheduling guidelines
Support on-site work schedule

Qualification
Required
US Citizen eligible for Public Trust Access
Experience with Cisco Telephony users for both Cisco desk phones and Cisco Jabber client users
Ability to work as part of a collaborative engineering team
Ability to support independent tasks as assigned
Analyst mindset and attention to detail for troubleshooting
Hands-on tasks and supporting documentation experience
Comprehensive knowledge of concepts, processes, practices, and procedures for IT projects
High level architectural expertise to management and technical staff
Ability to develop architectural products and deliverables for enterprise and operational business lines
Support for Enhanced 911 (E911) compliance and integration with E911 service providers
