Product Owner - Oracle HCM (6 Month Contract Position)

Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HCM system enhancements, with a focus on optimizing the global employee experience
Drive the global execution of L&D and Total Rewards initiatives, aligning system strategy with broader talent and organizational priorities
Partner with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and ensure seamless execution across regions
Lead the global implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM modules for Talent, Total Rewards, and L&D
Manage system upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring best practices and standard processes
Oversee integration with other HR technologies, enabling seamless data flow and consistent user experiences
Use data insights to measure system effectiveness, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement
Deliver regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership, highlighting performance, trends, and recommendations
Act as the primary point of contact for Talent, Total Rewards, and L&D system matters
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and global business partners to resolve cross-functional challenges and ensure alignment
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM, including 5+ years as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role
Expertise in Oracle Guided Learning configuration, Jira backlog management, and delivering global initiatives
Proven success implementing People & Culture systems and driving adoption
Strong knowledge of HR, Talent, Total Rewards, and L&D workflows
Exceptional project and product management capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives globally
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at all levels
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities
