Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies that promote growth, profitability, and competitive success for Copart, adapting to changing consumer and market demands
May manage and mentor a team of 1-2 analysts, fostering a culture of development and retention of talent within the organization
Formulate and execute new product and pricing strategies, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and drive business objectives
Lead marketing efforts for select products, utilizing targeted insights to inform the design and development of new marketing strategies, and testing hypotheses through rigorous monitoring and analysis
Oversee the delivery of business objectives, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure alignment with the overall product strategy
Collaborate with colleagues across various departments, including IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance, to drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or business analysis, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing analytics teams
Strong analytical skills with expertise in advanced data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, marketing dashboards, Tableau, marketing automation platforms)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor diverse teams
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders by translating data insights into actionable recommendations
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement
