Tonic is a social practice and performance app transforming how musicians grow. As the Growth Lead, you will play a key role in identifying and scaling new marketing channels through experimentation and collaboration with various teams to drive user growth.

Responsibilities
Launch fast 0→1 growth experiments across multiple channels
Build business cases and prioritize ideas based on ROI
Document learnings and propose next steps
Own timelines and deliverables for campaign launches
Coordinate with product, design, content, and influencer teams
Assist with copywriting and creative strategy where needed
Monitor CAC, conversions, and retention across initiatives
Propose and implement A/B tests
Create light dashboards or reports to track impact
Turn validated experiments into repeatable playbooks
Help manage contractors or freelancers as needed
Systematize processes for scale
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in a growth, marketing, or startup role
Track record launching and iterating on campaigns
Excellent written communication
Comfortable with Notion, Google Sheets, and AI tools like ChatGPT
A strong sense of ownership and curiosity
Preferred
Experience in music, creator tools, or consumer social
