High Performance Sales Manager - Toyota Dealership
Mills Auto Group is seeking a high-performance Sales Manager to join their rapidly growing organization. The role involves coaching and developing the sales team, driving accountability, and managing inventory to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities
Coach, develop, and inspire the sales team to exceed their goals
Drive accountability and daily execution of key activities
Build relationships with team members and customers alike
Manage inventory - ordering, merchandising, and dealer trades
Desk deals, manage gross logs, and RDR vehicles
Train and assist the team in deal structuring, closing, and CRM best practices
Work closely with the General Manager to hit all department objectives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (minimum)
Proven track record in automotive sales management
High-level communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Strong understanding of inventory control and CRM tools
Valid driver's license and clean MVR
Positive, professional, and performance-driven
Strong work ethic, Teamwork mindset, integrity, moral character, and performance
