Responsibilities
Provide personalized travel planning and booking services for clients
Research destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities to meet client needs
Offer guidance on travel requirements, policies, and best practices
Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
Manage bookings, payments, and confirmations with accuracy
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable using online booking systems and digital tools (training provided)
Detail-oriented with a passion for travel and helping others
Preferred
Prior customer service or travel experience is a plus, but not required
