Responsibilities
Answer all phone calls in a courteous, professional manner
Good phone etiquette. Must be able to explain in a brief and pleasant manner, how the Vehicle Donation or Goods Donation Programs work
Must be able to handle situations that arise, in a calm and courteous manner
Take information from donor—accuracy being the most important
Assist with canceling a ticket, reschedule pick ups as needed, etc
Assist the donor in any way possible
Requires the ability to assist with donor’s paperwork such as: folding inserts, stuffing envelopes, filling out forms, etc
Working knowledge of office equipment such as: copier, fax machine, scanner and printer
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Good command of the English language
Good proofreading skills
