Senior LevelRight Hire Consulting LLC is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to support the Employment Legal team in building efficient systems and managing cases. This role involves legal administrative support, litigation management, compliance coordination, and project management, playing a critical part in streamlining processes and driving operational excellence across the team.

Responsibilities
Draft, review, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations
Manage employment intakes, conduct initial reviews, and track response timelines
Maintain organized files, documentation, and correspondence in Google Drive
Schedule legal proceedings, meetings, mediations, and depositions
Support invoice management with outside counsel and vendors
Maintain case files for employment litigation, arbitrations, agency charges, and investigations
Track deadlines, filings, and statutes of limitations
Coordinate discovery, including document collection, review, and production
Assist with pleadings, motions, briefs, and court filings
Act as liaison with outside counsel to ensure efficiency and compliance
Support internal investigations by coordinating documents and scheduling interviews
Assist with compliance initiatives and employment law training materials
Maintain resources and best practices for HR and management teams
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for key initiatives
Identify and resolve blockers to ensure progress
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align priorities
Conduct retrospectives to capture lessons learned and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Experience in legal operations, litigation support, or employment law administration
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency with Google Workspace and legal document management systems
