Serve as the primary advisor for client relationships
Lead planning conversations and coordinate strategy with internal support teams
Provide financial planning guidance with a strong skillset of building relationships
Work closely with other advisors to build consistency and scale across the firm
Help identify growth opportunities through referrals and client service excellence
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a financial advisory or wealth management role
Must hold a Series 65 license
Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering client-first service
A growth mindset that welcomes coaching and accountability
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
In-depth knowledge of investment strategies, market dynamics, and retirement planning
Must be able to work on-site at our New Jersey office
