Litigation Paralegal with Office Leadership Role

They are seeking a Litigation Paralegal who will play a vital role in both legal and office management responsibilities, combining litigation skills with leadership development opportunities.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Draft and file petitions, discovery, and other legal documents
Coordinate service of process and maintain court deadlines
Schedule and prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials
Assist with case management, document review, and trial prep
Communicate clearly with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and court personnel
Maintain an organized litigation calendar and case tracking system
Systems development and process improvement
Team support and coordination
Vendor/technology liaison work
Assist with onboarding new hires and supporting overall team organization
Help coordinate internal meetings and team communications
Serve as a central point of contact for administrative workflows
Ensure the office environment reflects our values—welcoming, efficient, and professional
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in personal injury law
Interest in firm operations and potential firm management
Proven ability to manage a litigation caseload
Strong time management, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient with case management systems (Filevine experience is a plus)
Familiarity with Texas State court procedures
High school diploma required
Preferred
College degree or paralegal certification preferred
