Responsibilities
Support the Program Manager in planning, budgeting, and staffing activities to meet task requirements and mission objectives
Assist in establishing and maintaining high-quality work standards across all program deliverables
Track progress, identify risks, and help resolve issues that may affect successful task execution
Support adherence to all contractual, administrative, and reporting requirements
Maintain regular contact with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) as directed by the Program Manager; ensure responsiveness to inquiries within required timeframes
Assist in safeguarding classified (Secret/TS-SCI) information and ensure compliance with all security protocols
Qualification
Required
Proven experience supporting program or project management in multi-project or multi-task technical or A&AS environments
Strong understanding of Federal contracting processes and compliance requirements
Ability to manage competing priorities and assist in problem-solving for complex operational challenges
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must possess an Active TS/SCI clearance
Preferred
Experience with Department of Defense or other federal agency programs
Knowledge of quality management principles and performance metrics
Ability to step into leadership roles in the absence of the Program Manager
