They are seeking a motivated New College Graduate to join their Commercial, Business and Technology team through a rotational Talent Accelerator Program designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various areas within the organization.

Responsibilities
Participate and complete all assigned rotations and various projects throughout it
Assist in conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape
Forecast market conditions and impacts to the business
Analyze and interpret customer data to identify & propose solutions
Analyze data and market trends to support strategic decision-making
Contribute to various projects and initiatives as needed, collaborating with different departments within the company
Prepare and present reports on market research findings, performance, and other relevant metrics
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Qualification
Required
Education – Graduating with Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Travel - Up to 10%
Preferred
Prior related internship or co-op experience
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc
Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
