Information Systems Intern
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a leading humanitarian organization that responds to global crises. They are seeking an Information Systems Intern to manage and enhance their primary database, ETO, while gaining hands-on experience in database management and software development.

Responsibilities
Identify areas for workflow optimization and build automations as necessary
Design, build, and test API calls including GET and PUSH requests
Work with Power Automate to connect our database to our existing business processes
Address any user inquiries relating to ETO or Power Automate as assigned
Assist with creating new touchpoints and entities in ETO as necessary
Assist with batch uploading data into ETO as necessary
Qualification
Required
Current graduate student (or having graduated within twelve months of the internship start date) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
At least one year of full-time professional experience (internships included) in Software Development, Information Technology, Solutions Architecture, or a related field
Experience with REST-based API calls such as GET and PUSH requests
Passion for humanitarianism or other social impact work
Preferred
Advanced knowledge of Power Automate is strongly preferred
Experience with other Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps, is a plus but is not required
Knowledge of SAP Business Intelligence is a plus but is not required
