Manage assigned territory and auditors to achieve regional performance goals
Ensure satisfactory customer service outcomes for assigned clients
Maintain year-to-date and annual company performance metrics
Participate in the regional customer contact program
Develop plans to identify and nurture bench strength candidates
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with coworkers and clients
Proficient in using available resources to complete projects successfully
Knowledge of computer systems to document and record audit findings
Familiarity with the overall organization and importance of audit functions
Ability to coach, train, mentor, and provide leadership to staff
Associate's degree or comparable experience; High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of three years' experience as a Premium Auditor
At least one year of experience mentoring others
Preferred
ISO PAAS TAP Certification
In progress or completed IIA APA certification
