ATCS is seeking a Site/Civil Project Manager based out of their Largo, MD office. The ideal candidate will manage site/civil projects, liaise with clients, and support ATCS team members while ensuring project completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Site/civil engineering design of commercial, residential, mixed-use, industrial, and municipal projects
Plan and manage projects and tasks to complete them on time and within budget to the satisfaction of the client
Serve as a responsive, competent point of contact for existing clients to continuously maintain and strengthen those relationships
Conduct quality assurance and quality control on own projects
Mentor and empower junior staff and other team members
Actively engage the marketing and business development process, as well as develop client relationships

Qualification

Civil Engineering degreeProfessional Engineer (P.E.)Project management experienceAutoCAD proficiencySite/civil engineering designEffective communicationProblem solving skillsDetail-oriented

Required

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
Professional registration (P.E.) in Virginia
Minimum 10+ years of professional, applicable experience
Experience with both private and public sector clients/projects
2+ years of project management experience
Proficient with AutoCAD
Effective communicator and able to work on and lead teams
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

Preferred

Licensure in other ATCS markets is a plus (Maryland, DC, PA, NC, etc.)
Civil 3D Preferred
Network of relationships in the Site/Civil market a plus
