Trex Company is the world’s number one decking and railing brand, seeking a Controls Engineering Intern for their summer internship program. The intern will work in an industrial environment, completing PLC, SCADA, and Historian work with plant control systems, data acquisition, analysis and reporting, while assisting engineers with routine tasks.

Required

Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited degree program in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering, or a related field

Must be a rising Junior or Senior

Must have at least a 3.0 GPA

Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Must be able to commute full-time to our Fernley, Nevada manufacturing location for the summer

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work under tight deadlines
