Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Work and Asset Management within the Utilities industry
Provide subject matter expertise to business users and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment of system capabilities with operational needs
Support and guide the transition to SAP S/4HANA, including process optimization and system readiness
Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions
Manage integration points with related SAP modules (e.g., Plant Maintenance, Customer Service, Finance)
Oversee testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery
Serve as a key liaison between business teams and technical partners
Qualification
Required
10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years focused on Utilities Work and Asset Management
Strong background in SAP IS-U and related modules
Proven ability to lead workshops, translate business needs into technical solutions, and guide cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Per our Client Contract, candidates must be US Citizens, able to pass the background requirements
Preferred
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or upgrades strongly preferred
