Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and delivery of remedial projects across structures, concrete repair, protective coatings, waterproofing, and other asset rehabilitation works
Coordinate site activities and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and monitor quality assurance requirements
Support project documentation, including procurement, scheduling, and cost control
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
Qualification
Required
Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline)
Previous site-based experience (remedial or civil works preferred, but not essential)
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project demands
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, team-focused mindset
Willingness to travel within Queensland for project delivery
