Responsibilities

Support the Localization Program Manager in vendor onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship management
Coordinate project assignments with vendors, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Monitor vendor capacity, workload distribution, and response times
Maintain and update vendor records, including contracts, NDAs, rate cards, and compliance documentation
Assist in evaluating vendor performance through KPIs, feedback collection, and periodic reviews
Troubleshoot vendor-related issues and escalate risks to the Localization Program Manager
Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor support with project needs
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization in vendor workflows
Assist with RFPs, vendor evaluations, and negotiations
Maintain vendor databases, glossaries, style guides, and workflow documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Localization, Linguistics, Project Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in localization, vendor management, or project coordination (preferably in a global environment)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with cross-cultural awareness
Ability to work independently, while collaborating effectively with diverse teams

Preferred

Familiarity with localization tools (e.g., TMS, CAT tools, QA systems) is a plus
