Senior Client Solutions Engineer
Apex Fintech Solutions is a leading company in digital wealth management, providing innovative fintech solutions. They are seeking a Senior Client Solutions Engineer to drive technical strategy, support sales efforts, and ensure successful implementation of cloud-based solutions for clients.

Responsibilities
Own the technical strategy for key accounts, leading discovery, solution architecture, and the technical win in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and align them with our cloud solutions. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to prospective customers
Conduct persuasive and insightful product demonstrations and presentations to financial industry prospects, communicating the technical advantages of our cloud offerings and how they address specific business challenges
Architect end-to-end solutions using cloud-based APIs, integrating identity, data, and workflow components; create reusable demo assets, sample code, and automation to scale messaging over time
Understand the unique needs of key prospect decision makers, documenting requirements to tailor solutions effectively. These requirements will also help define and influence Apex’s broader product roadmap
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architectures, implementation plans, and project timelines as a base-line for standards at Apex for the purpose of scaling this messaging through sales and business development teams
Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to provide valuable customer feedback, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation of our cloud offerings
Assist in the successful onboarding and implementation of cloud solutions for clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to service delivery
Conduct training sessions for internal teams, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our cloud solutions and can effectively address client inquiries post-sales
Mentor and coach junior team members; set best practices for discovery, demo storytelling, objection handling, competitive positioning, and value-based selling
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field (or equivalent work experience) required
5+ years of transferable work experience, preferably in cloud sales, financial technologies, business development, product management, or custody and clearing
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, SaaS models, and cloud-based infrastructure
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to lead conversations with decision makers and clearly articulate the value-add of leveraging cloud-based solutions
