Explore how conceptual and hard bids are developed

Practice performing a material take-off

Join the plan review process

Participate in a job site safety standdown

Complete a mock safety inspection

Earn your OSHA 10 certification (if you don’t already have it)

Get certified in Procore project management software

Understand the permitting process

Attend a project hand-off meeting

Accompany inspectors on site visits

Contribute to schedule review meetings

Assist with subcontractor coordination

Required

Students seeking a career path in the multifamily construction industry (large-scale luxury apartment, HUD, and senior-living facilities)

Currently enrolled in a university or trade school program focused on Construction Management or a related field

Strong preference for Junior or Senior academic level, or equivalent

Ability to spend 1–2 weeks in Jacksonville for office operations training, with the remainder of the internship on-site at a project in Orlando OR Tampa, FL

Authorized to work in the United States

Valid Driver's License

Ability to pass a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
