Responsibilities

Understand the key performance indicators that support continued business growth

Assist managing and direct all production and quality activity to ensure a safe work environment

Work with Manufacturing Manager to create and execute a culture of continuous improvement

Helps the Manufacturing Manager by maintaining and gathering data used to maintain a high level of production

Responsible for helping establish and promote a safe working environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering- Preference Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer

Basic understanding of production equipment and system integration

Basic knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements

Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate problems

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Basic knowledge of manufacturing, including machine capabilities and efficiencies

Preferred

Ability to speak English and Korean is preferred but not required
