Qualification
Required
8–10+ years serving HNW clients in an RIA or planning-focused setting
CFP® or relevant designations required
Preferred
CFA, CPA, or other designations a plus
Someone who thrives in a boutique, collaborative team and wants to build deep, multigenerational relationships
Interested in growth, influence, and long-term equity
