Qualification
Required
8-10 years Environmental Underwriting Experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven negotiation skills
Customer orientation skills
Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
Proficiency in relevant software within Company and Insurance division
In-depth experience of working in an underwriting environment within a specialized/complex underwriting area
Experience in using risk profiling and pricing tools and loss models
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
