Senior Sales Development Representative
Nomic is building a platform that connects complex enterprise data sources with AI, aiming to enhance workflows across various industries. They are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline development in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sector, engaging with clients and supporting technical sales efforts.

Responsibilities
Run targeted outbound prospecting campaigns, including cold calling and email outreach
Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and qualify leads across the AEC industry
Follow up on inbound leads to build a high-quality pipeline
Collaborate in co-selling motions with senior sales leadership and Account Executives
Participate in client meetings, demos, and presentations, providing technical sales support
Communicate the technical capabilities of Nomic’s AI platform in a clear, value-driven way
Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and industry events
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and run sales automation campaigns
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and others to drive engagement
Learn and contribute to closing motions, upselling strategies, and partner management
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AEC technology (Procore, Autodesk, Bentley, or similar)
Bachelor's degree required
Skilled in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and comfortable with sales automation
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value
Comfortable working in technical sales environments, collaborating with engineers, and presenting to both business and technical stakeholders
Resilient and results-oriented, with a proven ability to hit and exceed targets
Based in New York City, with flexibility to travel and work three days per week in our office
