Responsibilities

Origination and execution of transactions including Initial Public Offerings, Follow-on Public Offerings, CMPOs, RDs, PIPEs, SPACs and Private Placements
Expand and develop client relationships with key institutional investors including mutual funds, hedge funds and family offices
Liaise with both internal and external parties (including corporate issuers, financial sponsors, legal counsel, among others) to expand corporate relationships and drive day-to-day deal process
Develop an in-depth understanding of our sectors
Lead pitch drafting as well as transaction marketing documents
Analyze and present deal data for senior level management teams and corporate issuers
Support new business and marketing initiatives as appropriate
Demonstrate a commitment to the group’s success on new opportunities, mandates and overall growth
Management, training and stewardship of analysts and associates

Required

Must have 3-5 years of experience in ECM, primarily execution
Sales driven mentality with a strong capital markets acumen
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Elevated attention to detail and consistency in work product
Strong work ethic and team player
SIE, Series 63, 79 FINRA registrations required at time of hiring or shortly thereafter

Preferred

SPAC experience preferred
Dealogic, Ipreo, CapIQ, PlacementTracker, Bloomberg, MS Office suite knowledge strongly preferred
