They are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to lead ERP implementation projects and provide ongoing system support within a manufacturing environment.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support for the Production module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Offer functional support across all other Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.)
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document ERP issues
Deliver user training and maintain documentation for ERP processes
Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects from requirements gathering through go-live
Work with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and maximize ERP capabilities
Manage project schedules, resources, and stakeholder communications
Oversee change management and ensure smooth user adoption
Apply deep understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, BOMs, routings, shop floor control, and capacity planning
Configure and support Insight Works add-ons such as Configurator, Shop Floor Insight, and Inventory Insight
Ensure smooth integration of Insight Works tools within Business Central for improved efficiency

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV in a manufacturing environment
Expert-level knowledge of the Production module and strong functional understanding of other ERP modules
Proven track record leading ERP projects in manufacturing
Strong experience with Insight Works products, especially Configurator
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Preferred

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification in Production
